I hope to help students of all ages find joy and explore their creativity through the study of cello. In weekly lessons, students will develop their instrumental technique, aural skills, and understanding of music theory and reading. Whether a student is just starting out or has been playing for years, I can help enrich their musical life.

Location and availability

I teach on Sundays at Metropolitan Music in North Seattle. Unfortunately, this is the only day when I have teaching availability in North Seattle. Meter Music School

On Monday and Wednesday afternoons and evenings, I also teach cello privately through Meter Music School, located in Columbia City. Their rates and scheduling system is separate from my own - you can find more information or book a lesson by clicking below!

Rates and Payment

1 hour lesson - $70

45 minute lesson - $55

30 minute lesson - $40

Tuition payment is requested at the beginning of each month for the lessons that will occur in that month. I accept payment through cash, check, or electronic methods (PayPal, Zelle, CashApp, Venmo). First lesson is always free.​
